Real Estate Value: beyond the mortgage

What creates value in the home you live in? Or, if you are looking for a new place to live, what creates good value for you?

For many, it's the lasting relationships you build with neighbors and community, being in a good school district or close to outdoor activities--lakes, rivers, hiking, skiing, trails & more.

Yesterday, while working outside, I bumped into four furry friends eating from the Cherry tree and couldn't help but think to myself, "no way I'd see this if I lived in Seattle where I grew up on Capitol Hill."

Sorry they are not the best pictures. Three of the Deer had antlers, one of which was huge.
